Are massage@work going to take up alot of time and disrupt everyone at our workplace?

No, most of our seated massages take 10-15 minutes (anything less and they become less therapeutic) which is about the same as a tea break. You can book for longer and use your whole lunch break or we can work outside your regular hours, although clients tell me their session is a lot more therapeutic when their boss lets them have a massage inside work time! Our therapists are very efficient in setting up and aim not to disrupt the workplace.
