Are members required to live in the fraternity house?
Our national bylaws require all members to live in the fraternity house. However not everyone will be able to, due to limited availability. Living in the chapter house completes the fraternity experience and is an amazingly rewarding adventure. The chapter house is the center of all chapter activity. Chapter meetings are held there and it is also a place for members to hang out and study together or do what ever else it is they want to do. If empty spots exist in the house and they are not filled, then members who chose to live outside the house divide up the rent for those rooms.
