You can get a mole at any age. Just research (google) online why ppl get moles. There are famous people with moles on their face as adults, Cindy Crawford is a famous model and has one that you can notice. She doesn’t have it removed as it can cause a mark left in removing and it doesn’t bother her. I would say that as long as a mole isn’t interfering with eating or drinking or seeing, then it’s fine. If it doesn’t change color, texture or size it’s alright to leave it be.If it changes any get it examined.
