Your bins are still collected by Knowsley Council. Your libraries, leisure centres and other services are all still provided by Knowsley Council. No services are provided to you by Liverpool or St Helens Councils. Does this mean I will be voting for a Liverpool or St Helens Councillor during the Local Elections? No. At Local Elections you will be voting for a Knowsley Councillor to represent you as usual.
