Are Mylanta antacids suitable to use whilst breastfeeding?
Both aluminium and magnesium (found in Mylanta Antacids) are mostly not absorbed after oral administration. They are unlikely to be excreted into the breast milk when used as an antacid. You should consult your doctor before using Mylanta 12 Hour Action if you are breastfeeding. All Mylanta products should be used only as directed.
