Are new operators, who have been operating for fewer than three (3) years, required to submit a well inventory?
All operators must file a well inventory, without exception. It is understood a new operator may have recently submitted a well inventory and financial assurance when applying for a license. This does not absolve an operator from the well inventory requirement, and a well inventory must again be submitted.
