Download Policy Here This policy is based on preserving the livelihood and sustainability of the fraternity as well as protecting its members from harm. If you would like to report a hazing incident anonymously, the fraternity has set up an e-mail for that purpose: http://mail.pialphaphi.com user: anonymous pw: anonymous One may also call the anti-hazing hotline (1-888-NOT-HAZE) to report incidents of hazing anonymously. Reports of alleged hazing will be forwarded to the fraternity’s national leadership.
