Yes it is, I am 22 years old and i have had ankle problems my whole life, i received my 1st set of Orthodox when i was 18 and from then the pain in my feet has never been as bad as before i received them. correcting flat feet, well there’s two ways, depending on what type sneakers you do wear also will help the problem, Adidas has no arch in their shoe, Niki had good arch, so id suggest to grab your self a pair of shocks walk around in them they mite feel uncomfortable at 1st but that is bc your arch is realigning. or you can just go with the insoles.
