In both groups, PE wear performance was similar. We hypothesized that clinical and radiographic results, range of motion, patient satisfaction, complication rate, and polyethylene wear performance would be better in the total knee arthroplasties (TKAs) with oxidized zirconium (OxZr) femoral component than those with cobalt-chrome (CoCr) femoral component.
