Are papuans (people from Papua Nu Guinea) man eaters?

The Korowai and Kombai peoples of southeastern Papua are two of the last surviving tribes in the world said to have engaged in cannibalism in the recent past. They reckon it hasn’t occured since around 1970 at the latest. I was just recently reading about the ‘fuzzy wuzzy’s’ a group of papuans who helped Australian troops in wartime and this was mentioned. I’ve seen footage of tribal men describing their participation in canabalism. They didn’t live off it as a food and are certainly not the only people to have engaged in eating the flesh of enemys in history.
