Yes and no. Our original formula (colours include Beige, Caramel, Charcoal Brown, Chocolate Kiss, Cream, Smoky Taupe, and Tan) is oil-free. Our newer colours, which use our all-new formula, contain a small amount of mineral oil, used as a binding agent and texture enhancer. These shades include: Beach, Cappuccino, Eggplant, Granite, Graphite, Hazelnut, Lavender Ice, Misty Plum, Moonlit, Nearly Nude, Pale Suede, Platinum, Shell, Smoldering Plum, Stormy Lavender, Stone, and Twilight.
