Yes, with a few rules. Play hours are 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Hoop structures must be portable and placed in that area of the right of way actually maintained by the installer of the hoop. The hoop must not be closer than 20 feet to the adjacent property owner’s line. The hoop must not be placed on a through street more than one quarter mile long.
