I’m a Portuguese citizen, and I’m white, but I’m also considered latino/hispanic, because I’m half Puerto Rican.

Well I’m your average American mixed-breed, but there’s some Portugeuse in there. I think they’re considered white, but I’ve known a couple and they sure were tan.
