Prices include use of water, power, and final housekeeping. Gas consumption from heating and hot water as marked by the individual meter will be checked at guest arrival and departure, and charged at the same price paid at the local supplier. Original invoice will be made available. In winter time, the daily incidence may be the following: € 25,00/day House le Acque € 20,00/day House il Sarperi € 15,00/day House la Scuola Room temperature can be adjusted at your taste in each apartment. Apartments will be heated previously at our expense. No further expenses or extra will be charged.
