Are probationary employees eligible for the bonus? What performance evaluation document is needed forthem?

0

For this bonus program, employees hired between July 1, 2001, and April 30, 2002, will be considered probationary. A method consistent with current policy will be used. Employees hired during the first quarter of fiscal year 2001-2002 are eligible for the full bonus or leave award. Agencies may choose to grant or deny a percentage of the awards to employees hired in the three later quarters. See the May 3, 2002, Comp Memo for details. Agencies may use either the Employee Work Profile or the Probationary Progress Review Form to document that the employees performance is at the Contributor level or higher.
