A. Operations affecting quality must be prescribed in procedures and instructions that include appropriate acceptance criteria, and their issuance and revision must be controlled in accordance with 10 CFR 63 Subpart G. 10 CFR 63.142 requires that test procedures for proof tests, preoperational testing, and operational testing, include provisions for assuring that all prerequisites have been met, adequate test instrumentation is available and used, tests are performed under suitable environmental conditions, and test results are documented and reviewed.
