Are Pure rugs suitable for high traffic areas?
Yes. Naturally stain resistant, this durable rug can be used in high traffic areas. Do these rugs require backing? We don’t apply any kind of backing to our rugs. The natural suede finish on the back of the rugs provides an ideal anti-slip texture. If you desire additional cushioning, you may use regular rug padding. Will the color of the rug change? This is a natural product. It will tend to change beautifully with time. Is my hide or rug going to look just like the one on the pictures? No. This is a natural product which makes each one of our hides and rugs a unique piece. Pattern variations and a slight color differences should be expected. What is your return policy? Our products are guaranteed against defects. If you believe your item is defective and wish to exchange it, you must communicate with us within 10 days of receipt of the item and we will be glad to send you a replacement.
