A. The airport has a variety of accessible services and facilities that are available to travelers with disabilities. Elevators and escalators are available throughout the Airport’s Terminals and parking garages. Elevators have Braille signage and raised numbers. Accessible restrooms are located throughout the airport. These restrooms are identified by the International Symbol of Accessibility. Public telephone banks located in the Airport are compliant with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) height restrictions to facilitate use by individuals in wheelchairs. In addition, PHL currently has twenty two (22) Telecommunications Devices for the Deaf (TDD Phones) in various terminals. Directional signage to the nearest TDD phone area is located at selected telephone banks. Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) with Braille instructions are located in each terminal. For parking, passenger pick-up and drop-off, all access routes have curb cuts to facilitate entering and leaving the terminal. De
