Are rollerblades and skateboards eligible as a mode of transport?
Roller blades and skateboards, like bicycles, have wheels and are self-propelled. For JBJ just classify yourself as a cyclist during registration. If you use a skateboard that has an engine then you will not qualify, even as a motorcyclist. This is because such “vehicles” are not permitted on the public highway, footway or cycle facilities, because they are noisy, and often difficult to control, endangering others.
