Are ryanair the biggest scam outfit going?

I agree with kevin, although it is the numbers of people that can truly benefit from the very low overall fares that makes low cost airlines something of a scam. No they don’t take you money and then refuse to fly you, although they do cancel without notice and offer you only a credit note or re-booking for dates you don’t want to travel on. Yes, more people fly than ever before and that is great, but if they only charged a little more to spread the costs, then baggage charges, check-in charges, charges for just about anything, and Mr O’Leary is still talking about charging for the toilets!! them every one would get a better deal, and you wouldn’t feel like your being ripped off!

Yes, they are. They advertise rediculously low fares but the reality is these fares don’t exist if you want to fly at normal times and in a normal way. If you want to take a bag with you, fly at normal times, fly in the summer holidays (if you have kids) and be able to check-in at the airport as normal, then Ryanair will easily cost you as much as a BA flight, if not more. Cheap Ryanair flights is an absolute falacy, they charge you baggage, charge you to check-in airport, charge you for a boarding pass reprint at the airport, charge you for online check in which no physical human has to do anything. They are absolute liars and in my opinion get dangerously close to infringing upon trading standards. I’m suprised these crooks haven’t been shut down.
