No, sorry. There’s not even a glimmer of hope that it will work. The reasons are many – 1) completely different frequencies for the tuners (cable is 54MHz-~450MHz, satellite starts at about 802MHz after it has been block converted by the LNB) 2) completely different modulation mode (cable is QAM, satellite is DPSK) 3) different authentication and decryption schemes There may be other things I’m forgetting too.
