Are Scarpas and Campers fascia both present in upper and lower anterior abdominal wall?
Scarpa’s fascia sort of merges with the deep fascia around the level of the umbilicus, so it stops being a clear plane of dissection above that, while Camper’s fascia I guess would continue above that until it blends with whatever its equivalent is called in the thoracic wall. You might want to check that though, I only think I vaguely remember this from a anatomy exam a while back asking about where the urine from urethral rupture would end up… eek.
