If you like amusement parks and like roller coasters and aren't scared of heights, go for it! On rides being "scary" - that's different for each person. I find thrill rides very scary (I'm not good with heights) but some of my friends love them and go to Cedar Point in Ohio like religiously throughout the summer. And all amusement park rides are risky. Just remember that accidents can happen anywhere at any time. Sure, there's been a lot of news coverage about Six Flags and other parks and dangers of being injured, but that could happen anywhere. Statistically, getting injured or dying on a thrill park ride is really low compared to car accidents or something like that.

I love six flags! But I was shocked when the girl at my six flags got her feet chopped off by the Superman. They had to close it down. I would say you should go and have a good time, I had a big fear of roller-coasters when I was little but I've got over them when I just decided to give them a shot, now they're my favorite!
