Yes between Skype users. Skype has two types of calls : calls to Skype contacts(users) and Skypeout contacts. Calls to Skype users are free. If you make Skypeout directly to any PSTN phone line without our Phone Bridge in the other country then you have to pay for Skype charges. However Skype charges are still very much lower than telephone companies international rates. And of course internet time charges if applicable. Do I need Broadband connection. Yes it is highly recommended. We have not tried with dial up connection because we believe that the bandwidth is too slow to support VOIP. What is VOIP VOIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. It allows voice to be transmitted over internet. Thus enabling voice communication between two or more parties.
