Are snowmobiles, atvs, dirt bikes and motorcycles allowed to drive on ranch property?

The by-laws state that these motorized recreational vehicles are allowed only on the road and the marked trail which is the most direct route to McLean Creek Country and to observe the speed limited when doing so. McLean Creek is one of the largest recreational areas in Alberta just to the west and north of our property.
