Are states required to collect data from broadband providers offering service to Indian tribes and tribal lands?
Yes. Designated entities must outline how they will collect all of the data required under the Technical Appendix, including from providers offering service to Indian tribes and on tribal lands. In addition, NTIA will review each applicant’s existing relationships and planned collaboration with Indian tribes, among other constituencies.
