Are stewed tomatoes like crushed tomatoes?

Ain’t labeling fun? The variety of canned tomato variations can be mind-boggling. Not to worry, though, crushed tomatoes may be smaller chunks, but if that’s okay with you for your recipe, no problemo. Beef stock may be a bit less beefy than beef broth, but I’m betting the recipe will come out fine. This is NOT rocket science. Baking may be chemistry, but this is not. I like to use the beef (and chicken) concentrate that comes in a jar. These are very handy and extremely useful when recipes call for less than the quantity in a can of broth or stock. How do I love thee? Let me count the number of containers of leftover chicken stock that have grown moldy in my refrigerator.
