Are substitutions allowed and is there a related fee?
Substitution requests must be received via email from the original attendee requesting a cancellation of his/her registration, and include the name of the person who will be taking his/her place. Also the email must indicate whether or not payment is to be transferred to the new registrant. There is no fee for substitutions. NOTE: The new attendee must register via the web site and indicate payment method. (If payment is to be transferred, the new registrant should indicate “cheque” as the payment method and notify the Registration Team to transfer payment. Any new attendee must register on the website and indicate payment method. Once the substitution has been confirmed, an email will be sent to the substitute attendee requesting they confirm their registration.
