Check that the additives (detergent, fabric softener, liquid chlorine bleach) are in the correct compartments. Always measure the detergent before adding it to the correct compartment, following the detergent manufacturer’s directions. Do not fill past the Max fill lines on the dispenser. Liquid or powdered color-safe bleach may be added to the main wash compartment, along with the same type of detergent, liquid or powdered. Always use only HE High Efficiency detergent.
