However, you still run the risk of cholesterol build up or, if not enough cholesterol is produced, some of the damage can peel away and cause embolisms, and travel to the lungs or the brain. You should eat properly and increase your water and salt intake. Too many people take their health for granted – they live for today, with no thought about tomorrow.
