Hi Connie, That is correct. Paddock Club North and Parc Chateau were both built around the same time in the early to mid-1980s. The original Paddock Club was built and completed approximately 2 years before Paddock Club North came on the market. There are some differences between Paddock Club/Paddock Club North and Parc Chateau: Lot Size: The Paddock Club homes are situated on 1/4 to 1/3 acres. Parc Chateau homes are on 1/2+ acres. Sq. Ft: There is a difference in the home designs and Parc Chateau homes are approximately 5% to 10% larger that the Paddock Club homes. Design: The general layouts and exterior elevations are very different. Parc Chateau homes have a more traditional Colonial look than those at Paddock Club.
