Are the Ivy League Colleges snobbish ???

Class of 2010 Well my sister knows someone who got accepted into a Ivy League school, but decided not to attend it due to social life. Was told the students were not as friendly as the school they are now considering/ attending.  more

They can be. Any setting where there are mainly people who emphasize money, you'll find snobs. Yet you can find people who are down-to-earth. The Ivy league colleges try to attract a wide range of people, more so than elite high schools, where you'd find more snobs.  more
