No they are not. In order to be archival, the adhesives and laminates must be reversible. This means the adhesives and laminates can be removed at a later without damage to the original. The Xyron adhesives and laminates are permanent meaning once applied, they can not easily be removed. In most instances, the item will be damaged if the laminate is removed or if the mounted piece is lifted. Xyron recommends that you do not laminate or apply adhesives to expensive or one of a kind items.
