Check that the laundry products (detergent, fabric softener, liquid chlorine bleach, Oxi) are in the appropriately marked compartments. Always measure the detergent before putting it in the appropriate compartment, following the detergent manufacturer’s directions. Do not overfill past the Max fill lines on the dispenser.
