The entire family of voltage regulators has been discontinued as of 2001. However, the LM305AH may still be available from Rochester Electronics. The LM105 was the military-temperature range device, the LM205 operated over the industrial temperature range, and the LM305/LM305A was commercial. LM376 was an LM305 in a plastic DIP package. These devices were upgrades of the LM100, National”s first integrated product from approx. 1968.
