Are the Marshmallows Vegetarian, Vegan or Kosher?
No. Our marshmallows contain gelatin, which is derived from animal-based proteins. Are the Marshmallows Fat Free & do they contain Nuts? Yes, most flavors are. Some of the flavors contain toppings like caramel or nuts that might have fat. But the marshmallows themselves are fat-free. In addition, some of our flavors directly contain nuts. But all of them are packaged in a facility that processes nuts and could aggravate someone with nut allergies. What is the Yield? There are an average of 45 marshmallows per lb of the 1″ (minis) size and 15 marshmallows per lb for the 1-1/2″ size.
