Yes. Toolkit 2004 and ProTracts share the same User Permissions database. If an office or county is added to one program (e.g., Toolkit), that same office or county is viewable in the other program (ProTracts). Do not remove an office or county from the User’s Office Permission or User’s County Permission unless neither program requires permissions for that office or county.
