Are the prices of homes in Inwood Manhattan exorbitantly more expensive than those in the South Bronx?
The prices in Inwood are slightly higher then South Bronx apartments. But if you count Riverdale for instance as well, their prices are usually slightly lower but the maintenance is most of the time higher. If you would be working in Manhattan you might want to search in Inwood or Washington Heights because the commute takes longer. If you are close to the Metro North Station, you should realize that it cost you more then double instead of taking MTA transportation. The A train takes you within 25 to 30 minutes to Mid town Manhattan. Even though I work anywhere in Manhattan, I specialize in Washington Heights and Inwood sales and will be happy to discuss options.
