Are the values submitted in the Resource Asset Registration Form (RARF) able to be changed by the Qualified Scheduling Entity (QSE) in their Current Operating Plan (COP)?
Registration data in the Resource Asset Registration Form (RARF) will be used within ERCOT systems as initial values. QSEs may change a limited set of parameters for operational purposes. The data submitted within the COP by the QSE will need to be aligned with the naming of the Resource and within the reasonability limits (provided in the RARF), for example: high/low reasonability limits.
