Not only there is math in meteorology, but one famous system of differential equations which was proposed by a meteorologist in 1963 to describe some air motions in the atmosphere in very simple yet non-linear terms, exploded into a huge new branch of mathematics called Chaos Theory. I can’t think of a science without math.
