Are there additional requirements for boats?
Boats stored in a dry slip may not exceed the weight limitation of the dry rack or the forklift as determined in the sole discretion of Club Lot Owner. Boats must have such sanitary equipment on board as is required by all applicable federal, state and local authorities. All boats must be fully equipped and capable of operation on the sea in accordance with the standards imposed by the U.S. Coast Guard (except during a period of temporary repairs), and comply with all applicable licensing and registration requirements.
