No, Sara's Homestay does not charge a brokers fee. You will need to apply for a Furnished Apartment without paying anything on submitting the application. We then check to see what we have available and present you with options and prices for the rent and security deposit. If you want to reserve the apartment we present to you, you will then need to pay the security deposit to block the apartment for your dates. Then the first month's rent is due 2 weeks before your arrival.
