Are there any citizenship requirements for EAP fellowships and grants?

0

The Academic Year FLAS and Summer FLAS fellowships are through a federal grant the East Asia Program administers. To be eligible, one must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. There are no citizenship restrictions for the Robert J. Smith Fellowship for Japanese Studies, C.V. Starr Fellowships, or the Lee Teng-hui Fellowship for World Affairs. The program’s funding support for graduate travel/field research through the International Travel Grant competition also comes with no citizenship restrictions.
