I’m extremely skinny too. I personally think the best stores to go to are PacSun and Aeropostale. Their 00’s seem to fit pretty well and aren’t too loose. It;s a pain finding shorts that are not “ho-ish” but still fit well and I think both of those stores work pretty well.
