A. The application itself is virtually identical for PC and Macintosh. The differences are minor and involve components outside of the Avid Xpress DV software itself. For example, Sonic DVDit! SE is supplied for use with the Windows version only. Macintosh users should use iDVD, which is supplied with all DVD-capable Macintosh systems. In addition, Avid Unit LANshare EX and Avid Unity MediaNetwork support. Professional clients today, and will support Mac OS X clients later this year.
