Are there any diseases or health risks related to masturbation?
There is no research showing that masturbation is related to any health risks or disease. Many people choose to masturbate regularly whereas others choose not to masturbate at all. The only time masturbation may be considered harmful is if it causes a person to feel guilty because of their values and beliefs about it, they can’t stop themselves, or when masturbation is done so excessively that it interferes with an individual’s daily routines.
