Are there any drinks that use fermented coffee?
I’m not sure what you mean by fermented coffee, but I can think of several different cocktails that use coffee as one of their ingredients… IRISH ESPRESSO-TINI (I’ve made this one several times, highly recommended!) 2 shots Irish cream liqueur (Baileys is fine) 1¼ shots vanilla Vodka 1¼ shots cold espresso coffee Shake all ingredients with ice, fine-strain into a chilled Martini glass and float three coffee beans. – – – – – – – – – – BLACK MARTINI 1½ shots light white rum 1½ shots brown Crème de Cacao 1½ shots cold espresso coffee Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled Martini glass and float some grated white chocolate. – – – – – – – – – – INSOMNIAC ¾ shot Vodka ¾ shot Frangelico hazelnut liqueur ¾ shot Kahlúa coffee liqueur 1 shot cold espresso coffee ½ shot double cream ½ shot milk Shake all ingredients with ice, fine-strain into a chilled glass and float three coffee beans. – – – – – – – – – – OPAL CAFÉ (This one is a shot, rather than a cocktail) ½ shot black Samb
