Customs will commence investigation upon receiving reports of infringement. We will invite the informant to attend an interview at our office to obtain the necessary information. Due to the stringent requirements of criminal prosecution, we need the informants statement to effect a case. If there is sufficient evidence, enforcement actions will be taken.
