Are there any good exercises and diet tips for an apple shaped girl?
The Best way is to cut down on all foods, but in small amounts and improve your exercise. Cut out pop and fizzy drink, or, failing that; swap coke cola for diet coke etc. You’d be surprised at how many people fail to lose weight by drinking so much of that calorie filled crap… You should be allowed into your local gym, consider joining a “Dance Aerobic” programme and look into “Anaerobic Exercises” that help you become slimmer and toned. Also, look into gaining access to the gym equipment 3 or 4 times a week. If you cannot do this try joining circuit training or swimming as all of these activities burn calories very quickly with little effort. Eat in between 1800-2000 calories everyday, because anything more or less could mess up your metabolism and cause you to gain weight… Eat 5 portions of fruit/vegetables a day, drink 8+ glasses of water everyday and try drinking a teaspoon or two of apple-cider vinegar every day, as it’s good for your metabolism.
