Are there any health benefits to Jasmine tea?
Jasmine tea, green tea, oolong tea..they all provide similar “benefits” as they all come from the common “camilla sinensis” plant and are treated different ways to make many “teas”. Personally, I have drank varieties of green tea, white tea, and oolong tea almost daily for the past 3-4 years and have never noticed any significant benefits. Generally, tea benefits are claimed as being high in antioxidents (EGCG) and claim to lower blood pressure, etc. There are health benefits with many teas, but they are subtle, and certainly not a miracle cure for anything.
